>Minimum stay of three days.
The rates indicated above are understood as by day, per apartment (not per person).
The apartments have barbecues, outdoor terrace with table, sunbathing lounges and all necessary furnishings.

PRICES INCLUDE:

• bed and kitchen linens (changed weekly)
• bathroom linens (changed bi-weekly)
• Note: Change of extra bed linens: € 5.00 per person. Change of extra bathroom linens: € 3.00 per person
• electricity
• hot water
• hair dryer
• TV
• Covered private garage or parking
• fees for stay
• final cleaning (obligatory removal of trash and cleaning dishes + kitchenette and barbecue are the responsibility of the guest, fine € 100.00).
• Children under the age of three do not pay.

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Independent heat or air conditioning.  EXTRA PAYMENT Based on consumption (1,50 Euro per kWh)
• laundry on request, by payment, DELIVERY WITHIN 48 HOURS.
• Cleaning apartments on request by payment (15 euro per hour)
• Our facility welcomes small pets (5.00 euro/day).

APARTMENT DELIVERY: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (the Management is available for different scheduling needs)IN ANY CASE WE DO NOT ACCEPT NOCTURNAL ARRIVALS. On the delivery of the apartment is required a security deposit of € 200.00 in cash that will be returned to the guest at the time of departure on inspection of the apartment.

DEPARTURES: the apartment normally must be returned in order by 11:00 a.m. of the day of departure; penalty equal to one day of stay.

Payment is accepted in cash or caredit card, and the balance must be paid on the delivery of the keys.
