Residence rules

On arrival, guests must provide their identity documents for check-in. Afterward, any of their guests, even temporary, must present themselves with identity documents upon authorization of management.

• Each apartment has available a single parking space.
• Guests are kindly asked to maintain respectful behavior inside the facility during the entire period of their stay, to behave politely and civilly, observing the rules of neighborliness with mutual respect, and ensuring that family members do not disturb those nearby or the residents on the floors above and below them.
• Guests are kindly asked to maintain absolute silence from ore 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and from1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
• It is prohibited to smoke inside the apartments and in the indoor common areas
• Parents must supervise their children so that they do not damage the common walls and exclusive property, or disturb and annoy other people.
• It is furthermore prohibited for children to make a commotion, play and stay in the common areas.
• It is prohibited to throw objects from the balconies of the bedrooms and of the apartments.
• Dogs must in any case be kept on a leash. All owners are asked to clean up after their pets and are responsible for any damage they may cause.
• Loss or breakage of each key assigned will result in a charge of € 30.00.
• Guests are kindly asked to respect the pool regulations and the schedule of access.
• It is prohibited to leave sunbathing lounges near the pool.
• It is prohibited to swim in the pool at night.
• Guests are kindly asked to remember that the reserved period will also be entirely debited also in case of early departure.
• Each room and apartment has a safe; the Management is not responsible for failure to use them.
• It is absolutely prohibited:
• To loiter on stairways and landings.
• Hang, beat and wring from windows, balconies and/or terraces, laundry, clothing, carpets, etc..., except as allowed, in special circumstances and schedules established by the assembly
• To throw into the sinks or latrine any material that could obstruct the drainage pipes. Any costs arising from blockage of the drains, as well as any deriving from any damages to the equipment and common areas, windows and accessory areas, are understood at the responsibility of the person causing them.

Any infraction of the prohibitions above and in general to the rules will obligate the violator to pay damages and immediately leave the residence.
