Residence . Pool Regulations

Introduction: the pool subject to these regulations is private and for the exclusive use of condominiums of the residence I Vigneti del Garda 3. Authorized persons use it at their own risk and danger exempting the other Condominiums and the Administrator from any liability, either penal or civil.

Access to the pool is reserved for owners of the residential real estate units of the complex, including the family members living with them. Guests are admitted only occasionally, and no more than six people per dwelling unit are allowed in the pool.

No one, other than the personnel in charge, may have access to the machine areas or handle in any way the equipment for feeing and purification of the pool.

Users must comply with the following regulations.
It is prohibited to make noise during hours of rest
before 9:30 a.m. – from 1:00  to 3:30 p.m. – and after 7:30 p.m.

    * Children up to the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult
    * It is prohibited to smoke in the pool area
    * It is prohibited play ball in the pool area
    * It is prohibited to bring pets, even on a leash
    * It is prohibited to eat food and snacks in the pool area
    * It is prohibited to walk in the pool area wearing shoes, except for slippers or clogs
    * It is prohibited to use soap, detergent, or medical substances in the basin and soil the water in any way.
    * Use of a bathing cap is obligatory
    * Swimmers must wash their slippers and feet in the basin at the entrance before entering the pool area
    * Swimmers must shower before entering the water
    * Everyone must behave in a way that will avoid discomfort or disturbance to other users.
    * To guarantee efficient maintenance of the condition and hygiene of the pool, the good sense, proper behavior, and cooperation of all is requested.
    * It is prohibited to use beach umbrellas in the pool area, and chaise lounges must not be left unattended.


Every condominium is authorized and responsible for compliance with the above.
