DIRECT AND CONSTANT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE HOTEL, with the personnel who dealt with your booking and who will meet you on your arrival at the hotel. You will also have to opportunity to inform us of specific and personal requirements.

Information and cancellations

We request a deposit of 30% of the value of your stay upon confirmation of your booking (minimum 1 night). In the case of cancellations made up to 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit can be used for a future stay. In the case of cancellations made after this period, your deposit will be retained as compensation. Early departures are charged at 50% of the remainder of your stay, (minimum 1 night). In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total stay will be charged (minimum 1 night).
