Tailored stay proposals. Direct and continuous communication with the hotel and with the staff who managed your booking and whom you will meet upon your arrival at the hotel. Opportunity to highlight special and personal requirements.

A deposit corresponding to 30% of the total value of the stay will be requested upon confirmation of the booking, with a minimum of 1 night. In the event of cancellation up to the 14th day before arrival, the deposit can be used for a future stay. If cancellation is made after this deadline, the deposit will be retained as compensation, with a minimum of 1 night. In case of early departure, 50% of the remaining stay will be charged, with a minimum of 1 night. In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged, with a minimum of 1 night.
