Direct bookings
For all bookings made directly:
Tailored stay proposals. Direct and continuous communication with the hotel and with the staff who managed your booking and whom you will meet upon your arrival at the hotel. Opportunity to highlight special and personal requirements.
Terms and Cancellation
A deposit of 30% of the total value of the entire stay will be required upon confirmation of the booking.
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival: The amount paid will be refunded by bank transfer or in the form of a monetary voucher.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount of the booked stay will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: 80% of the total amount of the booked stay will be forfeited.
Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay will be forfeited.
No-show (failure to arrive): The entire stay will be charged.
For shortened stays and/or early departures: The full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and refund double the amount of the deposit paid. In the case of online booking, the property does not guarantee adherence to the service hours included in the booking.
